Christmas Eve, everyone was in the living room (a rare occurrence in my household), peaceful, fire roaring. My hamster was beside me on the couch, she was getting old. She feel asleep and just never woke up that evening.
I thought she was going to die cold and lonely, but it was just the opposite.

I was terrified during my first flight, and was practically having a panic attack during take-off. Then, my friend pointed me out to the window, and all my fears dispersed, replaced with awe: I saw my country through a bird’s eye view, rolling fields and urban areas all.

Diving with my buddy, I slowly made my way through the bare ocean floor when I suddenly saw it: The Great Barrier Reef, a spray of vibrancy and teeming to the brim with life. This sight was so amazing that I didn’t move until my poor buddy rushed up to me, trying to find out what was wrong.
