Last week, I had the worst day of my life. My girlfriend broke up with me and I was laid off from my job. When I finally laid in bed, my 5-month old puppy, who at that point hadn't shown much interest in me, curled up next to me and rubbed his face on my tears. ITMBA

On Mother's Day, we were on our way to church. A mother goose with her babies were trying to cross the street, six lanes. Everyone stopped and let them cross.

Out of the blue while taking breakfast, my daughter said something that made my day. She affirmed, “Mommy, when I grow up, I want to be beautiful like you.”

At a park, I was watching kids play. A boy saw his sister start to fall from the monkey bars, and he rushed over and caught her.

I was walking down the street amidst the hustle and bustle of the busy city, when I saw a woman take a spare blanket out of her car, and wrap it around a homeless man's shoulders to keep him warm from the chill of winter. That selflessness, TMBA

I once rescued a baby sparrow. It looked so beautiful and fragile. I felt overwhelmed with awe as I felt its tiny heart beating against the palm of my hand.
